This is prime moving time. People are buying houses, moving things around getting ready for summer. In the midst of this pandemic, you should make sure the moving company you have hired is following the CDC guidelines. The equipment they are using should be wiped down with Clorox, they should be washing their hands from one house to the next. We want to stop the spread of this virus, but the ball must keep rolling. If you are concerned about being around the crew that is moving your goods, communication is the biggest key. Talk to the employees and express your concerns. If you do not want to be around them while working, you can give them an idea about where the furniture goes, how you want each room set up and the company should be more than accommodating to your needs.
What should you do?
1. Contact your mover and talk about their plan for moving day
2. Buy all your supplies at one time, so you do not need to make multiple trips.
3. Clean as you go
4. Make sure you are taking care of yourself!
What we are doing:
>We are Cloroxing the truck and equipment after every move
>Carrying sanitary wipes, gloves and masks in the vehicle at all times
>Practice social distancing as best as we can
